Do transit users and carpoolers have to pay to use the MnPASS Express Lanes?
Article No. Transit riders and carpoolers can use MnPASS Express Lanes FREE of charge. If you are a regular carpooler, you do not need to sign up with MnPASS to ride in the lane. You may do so whenever you have two or more separate living human beings in the same vehicle.
